In today’s episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel Williamson, a fellow 5/1 Reflector with a Left Angle Cross of Upheaval. We explored our Human Design journeys, life experiences, and the unique challenges and opportunities of living as Reflectors.
Rachel shared her path from a career in Social Work to transitioning into Counselling and Kinesiology and how she has and is learning to embrace her Reflector energy. We discussed the importance of grounding, self-awareness, and adapting to life’s flow. She also opened up about her experiences as a parent, managing energy dynamics, and learning to trust her path and purpose.
It was a heartfelt conversation filled with wisdom, highlighting the beauty of our Reflector experiences and the lessons we’ve both learned along the way.
