Megs is a holistic health coach, with experience in the mental health space and a passion for guiding heart led humans on their journey towards inner harmony, self transformation and working towards thriving in all areas of life. Megs works with techniques such as Internal Family Systems and plant medicines.

In this episode we talk into Meg’s journey in discovering Human Design and being a Reflector, as well as opening up her innate spiritual process due to her Bipolar diagnosis early on, her food addiction and young mental health issues, which has led her to become a heart led Coach.
